Exchange 2007

The service includes all the features of an ‘in-house’ server but without the costs, maintenance and downtime. Your users each get a free copy of Outlook 2007 and can access their email and other data from their desktop, Web browser or mobile device.

Mobility Options

With our hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server and other wireless options like ActiveSync®, you can synchronize with Exchange 2007 and get real-time access to email, documents, calendars and tasks from almost any mobile device.

SharePoint

Microsoft SharePoint lets your staff share documents and information via the Web, from any place, at any time. NewtonTree’s service also integrates with Exchange 2007 and OCS.

Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007

Hosted OCS 2007 is a secure unified communications tool that allows for instant messaging (IM), pc-to-pc file transfers, pc-to-pc voice and video calls, and more. With most companies, using public IM networks like AOL or MSN – despite the legal risk – hosted OCS is a cost-effective business alternative.

Encrypted Message

Our email encryption service allows you to securely send sensitive information such as contracts, financial statements, usernames and passwords, HR documents and more through email without the risk of a security breach. This is critical if you wish to comply with new laws and follow good legal practice.

Advanced Antispam

Our Advanced Antispam tool was custom-developed for our Exchange hosting environment. It runs in a separate server cluster, outside the Exchange servers, for increased performance:

Content filtering. Protects on the server side against bad headers and suspect attachments.
Company-wide white and black lists. Define in detail which senders should always or never be allowed to email you, both at the mailbox level and across your account at the administrator level.

Outlook integration. End users can control their personal blocked and safe sender lists directly from Outlook.
Flexibility. Administrators can manage all SPAM settings and users get mailbox-level blocked/safe sender lists control.
User-defined sensitivity. Customers can refine spam sensitivity levels according to their company's email usage.

Email Compliance

MessageMirror. Creates a copy of every message - incoming and outgoing - in a separate folder, for easy staff monitoring.
Compliant archiving. Together with LiveOffice and Global Relay, we offer a comprehensive solution for corporate email compliance to help your customers comply with HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, SEC, FINRA and FRCP as well as other state/federal requirements.

Company disclaimer. As legal and compliance risks grow, the company disclaimer feature is an effective way to help your customers enforce a company-wide email policy.

Directory Link

Directory Link is a powerful tool for synchronizing your customers' on-premise Active Directory with our hosted Active Directory. By synchronizing users, you can utilize a single set of log in credentials for each user across their on-premise applications and your private label hosted solutions.
